This hotel is essentially perfect in every way apart from the bathrooms. The fact that there is no privacy if you are sharing your room. My husband could see clearly every time i used the toilet and I him. Even after 30 yrs together neither one of us want to see this. Its such a shame as the rest of the hotel is perfect.the staff are wonderful especially Luca he was exceptional . Just because of the bathroom situation we would not return unfortunately

One of the most amazing hotels I've been it. Centrally located, new and beautifully designed. The lobby, breakfast area, library relaxing zone, bar, spa all very welcoming and modern. We had a standard room which was quite big. Huge bathroom. All the amenities u might need Including coffee machine, fresh bottle of water everyday and bath robes. Breakfast is amazing with a wide selection including buffet and menu to choose from. They had chia pudding and overnight oats!! The spa is also wonderful and relaxing. The staff is so friendly and amazing. Truly a great hotel. Highly recommended!

Beautiful elegant hotel with helpful and kind staff. The room was superb, clean and well serviced and the sauna area downstairs was extremely well managed and appointment based. That was excellent because during my stay there was unseasonable heavy snow and it was freezing! I look forward to staying there again it was one of the best hotel experiences.
